Service & Repair

We have our own dedicated service department, offering the choice of home repairs (call out charged) or if able to bring your products to us, repairs can be carried out in our workshop.

Some specialist wheelchairs and seating units may be subject to a delay in repairs where replacement parts need to be ordered direct from manufacturers. We will always try to ensure an interim repair is undertaken to provide safe ongoing use.  We have access to a limited range of loan equipment for use while a product is being repaired.


Maintaining your mobility is a priority for us and in instances where your equipment is out of action for more than 48 hours we provide courtesy equipment free of charge (subject to availability).

To maintain the lifespan and fault free functioning of your equipment, we offer regular servicing to customers throughout the Greater Geelong area.

* Footrests in working order
* Seat belt/restraining strap condition
* Wheels in good condition
* Casters in good condition
* Frame in good condition
* Hand grips present
* Hand grips firmly attached
* Chair folds properly
* Seat rail guides present

* Seat rail guides are working properly
* Removable arms come off for transfer
* Check leg rests lock in place when raised
* Handrails attach securely to wheels
* Handrails are free from loose chrome or rough areas
* Chair anti-tippers
* Tyres inflated at proper pressure
* Pop off wheels lock securely in place on chair
* Replace worn tyres properly
